| 2007. | 09. | The issuance review committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission convened the 132nd meeting of the issuance review committee and approved it on October 19 with the Securities Regulatory Issue [2007] No. 370 document to approve the plan for Jingxing Paper to issue no more than 120 million shares. In November 2007, 93 million shares of RMB ordinary shares (A shares) were publicly issued to the public through online and offline pricing. |
| 2008. | 06. | Nanjing Jingxing Paper Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jingxing Paper Co., Ltd., has an annual output of 80 million m2 of ordinary corrugated cardboard boxes and paperboard production lines. The expansion project has been carefully planned and prepared to start smoothly, which marks the widest width high-speed corrugated paper in Nanjing Box Line was officially launched. |
